Priority service

Priority service means that the initial diagnosis will be completed by the end of the next business day. If parts, or additional instructions for repair are needed, the service may require more time.

Guaranteed rush service

Equipment dropped off before 12 noon on a weekday will be ready by 5 PM the same day. If the nature of the problem is unknown, this guarantees that the problem will be diagnosed the same day. If the service cannot be completed the same day, the rush fee will not be charged, unless the delay is due to parts having to be ordered, in which case the charge will be dropped to $15.
